英文品名：A POLYCHROME LACQUER LOBED BOX WITH CLOUD DRAGONS AND FU-SHOU, BEARING A "DA QING KANGXI NIANZHI" MARK 尺寸：L:35cm;W:22cm;H:13cm 大漆地彩繪。蓋盒作八方倭角形，下承四足。通體硃紅漆地，蓋面及壁面以黑、赭、石綠、金彩繪雙龍戲珠，間以祥雲、火珠；上下邊飾垂蕉葉、蓮瓣紋。蓋面並書「福」「壽」字樣，器底內陰刻「大清康熙年製」六字款。色彩濃麗，線條工整，為清代宮廷式大漆盒。大漆彩繪盒又稱描金漆盒、彩漆盒，始於戰國楚墓，盛於明清。清代宮廷在節慶、冊封、賞賜時多用大漆盒盛糖果、茶葉、首飾、御筆，故盒面多繪雲龍、鳳凰、福壽，取富貴長壽之意。此件雙龍戲珠、蕉葉蓮瓣，為宮式陳設、貢盒。 A polychrome lacquer lobed box of rounded-octagonal form on four feet. The ground is cinnabar red; lid and sides are painted in black, ochre, mineral green and gold with dragons pursuing a flaming pearl among clouds, bordered above and below by banana-leaf and lotus-petal bands. The lid also bears the characters fu and shou; the interior base bears an incised six-character mark Da Qing Kangxi nianzhi. The colours are rich and the drawing precise. Polychrome lacquer boxes began in the Warring States Chu tombs and flourished in Ming-Qing. The Qing court used lacquer boxes for festivals, enfeoffments and gifts, containing sweets, tea, jewels or the emperor's brushes; hence dragon, phoenix, fu and shou designs. The dragon-and-pearl composition with banana-leaf and lotus borders reflects palace style, serving as a presentation and display box.
