清 硬木鑲掐絲琺瑯博古三多紋提箱

英文品名：A QING HARDWOOD TRAVEL CHEST WITH A CLOISONNÉ-ENAMELED BOGU PANEL 尺寸：L:27cm;W:20cm;H:44cm 硬木提箱，長方形，上設弧形提梁，箱面鑲掐絲琺瑯板。板上以松石藍為地，掐絲繪博古圖：鼎、瓶、鼎彝、盆景、書卷錯落，並綴石榴、佛手、桃實「三多」。兩側設銅拍頁與鎖鼻，角部包銅。木色深沉，包漿瑩潤，為清代文房旅行提匣。提箱為古代文人出行、赴任、趕考時盛貯文房、首飾、珍玩之具，亦稱提匣、拜匣。硬木（紫檀、紅木）為框，面鑲琺瑯板者非普通行具，而屬士大夫家庭陳設與隨身重器。博古圖意取古器陳設，三多（石榴多子、佛手多福、桃實多壽）合多子、多福、多壽之願。銅包角、拍頁、鎖鼻，皆便於啟閉防盜。 A rectangular hardwood travel chest with an arched overhead handle, its front panel mounted with a cloisonné enamel plaque. On a turquoise ground, the plaque depicts a bogu arrangement of archaic ding, vases and censers, scrolls and potted plants, interspersed with pomegranate, Buddha's hand citron and peach, the Three Abundances. Bronze clasps, lock-plates and corner brackets mount the chest. The wood is dark with a mellow patina. Travel chests carried scholar's desk equipment, jewels and curios when literati travelled, took office or sat for exams. Framed in hardwood such as zitan or hongmu and mounted with enamel plaques, this was no ordinary case but a gentleman's portable cabinet. The bogu arrangement displays antiquities; the pomegranate, citron and peach wish for many sons, much fortune and long life. Bronze mounts guard the corners and fastenings.
