清 銅螭龍紋長頸瓶

英文品名：A BRONZE LONG-NECKED VASE WITH A HIGH-RELIEF CHI-DRAGON 尺寸：H:21cm 銅鑄。長頸瓶，侈口外撇，細頸長直，碩腹斂收，矮圈足。腹下部高浮雕一螭龍，與器體一體鑄成，龍身盤繞，鱗爪淺刻，首向上探。銅皮墨黑瑩亮，器形修長秀雅。長頸瓶又稱賞瓶，清代置於書齋、廳堂案頭，或插一枝供花，或獨陳賞玩。銅色沉黑，與白牖、青花相映；腹間盤螭，取古雅辟邪之意，為清代常見之博古清供。 A bronze long-necked vase with a flared mouth, slender straight neck, swollen rounded body and low ring foot. Cast integrally in high relief on the lower belly is a coiled chi-dragon with incised scales and claws, head turned upward. The black patina is lustrous, the silhouette slender and refined. Long-necked vases stood on Ming-Qing studio and hall desks holding a single flowering branch or displayed alone. The dark bronze tone sets off pale walls and blue-and-white porcelain; the relief chi-dragon lends antique warding meaning as a common studio furnishing.
