清 銅局部鎏金張果老騎驢像

英文品名：A QING PARCEL-GILT BRONZE GROUP OF ZHANG GUOLAO RIDING A DONKEY 尺寸：L:47cm;H:51cm 銅鎏金。人物騎驢像：長髯人手執韁轡，戴高冠，著長袍，端坐驢背。驢軀低矮，首前伸，鞍韉雕卷草紋。銅色黑褐，局部鎏金殘存，金光隱現，為清代鎏金銅人物陳設像。騎驢人物即張果老故事。張果老為八仙之一，傳其倒騎白驢，日行萬里，休息時折疊驢如紙，置於巾箱。民間繪張果老騎驢，取八仙祝壽之意。此像長官綽綽，驢形溫馴，鎏金斑斕，為清代人物銅像常式。 A parcel-gilt bronze group of the immortal Zhang Guolao on a donkey. A bearded figure holds the reins, wearing a tall cap and long robe, seated on a donkey. The beast is low-bodied with head extended, the saddle cast with scrolls. The bronze is dark brown with remaining gilt showing through. A Qing gilt-bronze group. The mounted figure is Zhang Guolao, one of the Eight Immortals, said to ride his white donkey backwards ten thousand li a day, folding it like paper when at rest. Paintings of Zhang Guolao on his donkey belong to the Eight Immortals birthday iconography. The bearded figure and docile donkey, with remaining gilding, form a standard Qing bronze group.
